Design, Manage and Deliver Refurbishment for the 1st floor of the Head Office of Socialicity Ltd.
The brief was to design and cost and internal fit out for 20 People.
To include Open Plan area, Directors office and Boardroom with reception and kitchen/Breakout Area
Dilapidation’s and removal of dated existing partitions, ceilings, lighting, Mechanical/electrical and flooring. To provide open plan ceilings and new in screed trunking system and comms installation.
New partitions and modern look ceiling and lighting. Office Furniture Project Timescales 8 weeks.
Project | Battersea
Projema were appointed to take on the design of a family home owned by one of our commercial clients on a project in Battersea, dealing with selection of consultants and contractors.

Milton Keynes Project Going Great With The Projema Team
The Project
Projema were commissioned by a client in Milton Keynes to assist with the Project Management of their extension which they have already received planning for. The project started in August and completion December.
The Brief
Look at the whole of the project and assist with the selection of contractors and to assist with the interior and exterior design details. Our team looked at the layouts of the interior and have appointed a well-known Designer Des Harvey, recently featured on “Grand Designs” to design the interiors and exterior detailing of some of the more critical features.
Scope of works to include
Dealing with Architects, Party wall surveyors and preparing the scope and specification of works preparation of tender documents and project planning. Obtaining contractors quotes for the refurbishment works, tender analysis appointing the contractors. Management of the contractors on behalf of the client ensuring the welfare of the site and neighbouring properties.
Project | Caterham
Project to Assist the contractor with all tender documents to secure the contract for the major rebuild after a fire in Caterham, Surrey.
Scope of works to include
Dealing with all aspects of the contracts, understanding client requirements and assisting with the costing and scheduling of the works and project planning. Outlining HSE duties and implementing the CDM requirements for the duration of the refurbishment works. Direct liaison with the client to ensure client requirements are met.

Project to Source contractors and consultants for Major refurbishment works on 2 Flats in Kensington

Conversion of utility room to shower room and toilet
Projema have recently worked on the design and delivery of Utility room for client suffering from MS, having difficulties taking the stairs. Conversion to downstairs living space to sleeping quarters with minimum cost to the client.
Projema have been working on various changes for the client on an on-going basis.
Socialicity Glasgow Project
Design and Build project in Glasgow for existing client, included the selection of building for location and relocate from serviced office to new purpose designed interior to house 110 staff within a period of 6 weeks. Project also included IT, Telecoms, selection of furniture and manage from start to finish
